In general settings, I just let the setting by default and leave it just the way it is. So let

Title Settings
This is a custom title setting that I use for my blog. What I do is just replace the Vertical pipe symbols ( | ) with Hyphen symbols ( – )
Something like this: %page_title% | %blog_title% to ? %page_title% – %blog_title%
Note! do not change any of ‘Underscore’ ( _ ) symbols. See screenshot below for the example.
Custom Post Type Settings
In my custom post type settings in SEO on only these post types section, I enable for Post, Page
For Enable Advance Option section I choose Enable and check for Custom Title. see screen shot below
Display Settings
It’s better leave the display settings by it’s default.
Webmaster verification
You can follow the tutorial on how to enables Webmaster Verification by clicking help on right top ( ? ) button. If your site is already verified, you can just leave it alone.
Noindex Settings
In Noindex Settings, I check for Use
Leave other settings like Advance Settings and Keyword settings by default. And click Update Option to save the settings.
Settings for posts snippets
When All in one SEO Pack installed in your WordPress blog, bellow every of your post editor will have new boxes for post snippet
