As I’ve tested it my self, connecting my desktop computer to LED TV as my display monitor. Who run dual boot Windows and Hackintosh. The performance is pretty good for color etc. Except for scale, I don’t get the full scale.

And at first test, the picture is a bit flicker but after few times restarting my computer the flickers gone.
Is it because the GPU I that use?
I don’t think so
So it’s because the LED TV Brand?
No! is not!
It is because of my VGA cable believe it or not. Because after I replace with the new and the better ones. Finally, I got a full-scale display.

Using HDMI Connection to Get Full TV Display Acceleration
So if you want to get the best performance of your TV display, then use HDMI port to connect it to your PC/ Mac mini, or maybe a Hackintosh. Or try different VGA cable as I did, or use an external Graphics card.
Still using onboard VGA? then it’s time to consider to buy a new graphics card. Most of the newest external graphics card has HDMI port built on it e.g NVIDIA.
My Personal Note for using LED TV As Computer Display Monitor Through VGA
The LED TV I’ve been used for my computers display monitor lately was Polytron XCEL LED 24 inch.
Polytron is an electronic brand factory from Indonesia if you don’t know. And the factory location is pretty close enough from my home. Is about 37 min (20.6 km) to go there.
So that’s it! If you want to get the full acceleration of your computer display then connect it through HDMI port and use a good external GPU like NVIDIA, ATI Radeon, Gigabyte, etc. Or if you already have good GPU installed on your computer, simply replace your VGA cables with the better ones.
