New Blogger Post Editor Is Awesome!

New Blogger Post Editor

New Blogger Blogspot Post Editor will make you somehow want to blog with the Blogger platform again. Since Google start updating the Blogger platform to new UI, … it’s getting better and better.

And lately, Blogger has updated the old fashioned post editor to the new one too. Which is what I’ve experienced it’s really awesome!

The new admin post editor user interface looks cool. Now you can do more than just writing a plain text like the old days. The experience is as good as writing in WordPress blog editor.

Easy! WP fangirl, … I am not trying to compare here, but in a sense of how you can be creative in crafting content is as good as when you write on WordPress Block Editor.

Inserting element to post in Blogger now easier

Not like in the old Blogger post editor, when you need to create a table content, for example, you’ll need to switch to the HTML tab view mode and write the code manually. Now you can insert formatted text or element into your craft without writing the code.

It also comes with the new navigation that makes the user easier to insert new elements or change the text format.

Aligning content now can be really modest too in the new Blogger Blogspot post editor.

Adding and edit Image on new Blogger post editor

Editing or add an image in the new Blogger editor now really fun. With the new modern minimalist UI. Changing the image size add a caption, etc.

New syntax highlighter in HTML view

While in the old editor when you switch to HTML view to write custom code on a Page or blog posts you will write in a plain text mode. Not again! now you can write custom code in a syntax highlighter mode by click or tap the <> icon in Blogger’s new post editor.

Blogger Post Settings

And ya! blogger post setting also now looks pretty in the user interface design. Adding the existing post labels or the new ones is more easy and organized.

Preview post draft inside the editor

Overall, the most interesting new feature that I personally love is that you can now preview your draft directly inside the Blogger post editor. I really love this feature, it makes the work more efficient.

Other

Blogger Team seems to update the entire Blogger platform user interface to the new one. You now will see the Analytics pages, Admin layout and another admin page on the Blogger Admin dashboard now looks more modern with more, more new features.

And ya you still can switch again to the old classic Blogger if you not ready yet. Thanks to Blogger Dev Team, I am now falling in love to blog on Blogger Blogspot again 🙂

My personal notes

I don’t know if it was coincident or what, but since I start my project to create a Blogger Template in early August 2019, I notice that Blogger Dev Team seems to start to update the platform too.

It’s really challenged me because I need to improvise my Template design too. But after many days less sleep and eat finally my custom Blogger template is done. The template I have made looks just like WordPress themes. Ya! seriously, please check the demo of the template I’ve made for Blogger Blogspot here: https://demo-tantrum-pro.blogspot.com/

Now I think you ready to rock n’ roll with Blogger again …
