How to Use WhatsApp on Mac and Windows Computers

Need to use WhatsApp on computers? Is quietly simple. What you need to do is go to web.whatsapp.com or download the WhatsApp App for Mac or Windows.

You will still need your smartphone in order to login to your WhatsApp account whether on WhatsApp web or in WhatsApp application.

If you prefer to use WhatsApp on computers using the App you can download the official App for your computers below. It’s available for macOS and for Windows 8 or higher.

How to login to WhatsApp on Computers

To login to your WhatsApp account on your computers, either on WhatsApp web or in the Application. You need to connect both your computers and your smartphone in the same wifi or network.

Open WhatsApp web/App. There you’ll be asked to scan QR Code to login to your WhatsApp account.

In your phone, open WhatsApp and go to Menu (three vertical dot icon) on the right top. And select WhatsApp Web. See screenshot below.

Next step, tap on [+] plus button on the right top of WhatsApp App to scan QR code on WhatsApp web or WhatsApp Application on your computer.

Once you scan the QR Code you’ll be automatically login to your account and automatically sync your phone and your computer.
