Awesome free code editor App for macOS

Recently, I create a Blogger Blogspot theme and this free code editor app really help me a lot to get the job done.

It running similarly like a Codepen code editor. So, you can see the “live” result by running the code you’ve made.

It supports HTML, CSS, Javascript, and also works for XML editor. For the free version, you only got the basic feature.

But! even for the free version, it’s enough for writing, testing and saving the HTML, CSS, JS and XML file once at the time. It is a very simple and lightweight web developer tool App.

Best free web code editor I found so far

It is the best free web code editor I’ve found so far. The app name called HelloWeb / HelloWebFree.

A very handy and lightweight app that comes with a lot of themes from the dark mode to the light that you can choose what’s fit with your working convenience.

And the live result feature of HelloWebFree really helps with “realtime” code writing.

The code autocorrect is really good. Just like in WordPress built-in CSS editor in live customizer.

You can download the HelloWebFree app from the Mac AppStore. Unfortunately, the app only available for macOS.

Another good free code editor app for macOS that I also like to use is TextWrangler. It can edit any kind of code. From simple HTML to Python with syntax coloring and other useful stuff.
